Doing some much needed tweaks to ctrlp
...
+ ignore node_modules directory
+ set file mode to two, so it sets the PWD to the closest ancestor with
.git, .hg, .svn, etc.

Update CtrlP command shortcut - remving mixed mode
...
Using mixed mode allows me to see both cached, removed, and files that
aren't in my CWD.

...
I added this specifically so that vim will run JSHint on my JavaScript
code when I save a file. Note: jshint needs to be installed and can be
installed from npm with `npm install -g jshint`
