83afb60bc2 Add ability for a per project .vimrc.local file 
I was just thinking about this earlier today and then noticed on Twitter
that @garybernhardt was thinking the same thing. From some of the
replies to his tweet, I came up wtih this. Adding a .vimrc.local file to
the CWD where vim is opened will cause it to be source, meaning custom
key bindings can be applied on a per project basis.

35769e8dd0 disabled mouse support in tmux 
Also set scrollback to 0 in iTerm to prevent use of the mouse.

1313ed78ee Renamed git/aliases.zsh to git/git.zsh 
+ Added a function to the file to allow for easier renaming of files

Changing the case of a filename is difficult in git because git does not
track case-sensitivity changes to a filename. I added a function which
simply does a `git mv` got a temporary file name and then does a `git
mv` to the desired filename.
